Adult-friendly: Imola Hotel Platán is the first child-free hotel in Hungary, so accept only Guests over 16 years old. We offer you a very unique and quiet environment, whether you arrive alone or with your partner. We truly believe that all parents and grandparents deserve some indulgence and pampering, even if for only a short period of time. In our hotel everything is about our adult guests and our intention is to help them achieve a complete relaxation before they return to the everyday tasks and parental duties.
Air Conditioning in the room: All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. You can modify +/- 3 degrees at your own request by using the touch panel of the thermostat on the wall. The system is independent from electricity, therefore power is not needed to make it operate.
User guide: The thermostat on the wall can be controlled with the semi-circular touch panel. You can set lower temperature to the left and higher temperature to the right. The „sun” symbol indicates day and the „moon” indicates night mode. The „fire” symbol means heating, and the „snowflake” refers to cooling.
Air Conditioning in the conference room: The meeting room is equipped with air conditioning, which can be controlled with the thermostat on the wall. Furthermore, centrally controlled ventilation system works.
Bar: The bar is located on the ground floor, open from 7.00 am to 11 pm. You can contact the bar at extension 854. We charge a fee for the room service.
Bathrobe: Bathrobe is prepared in the room for free of charge. Should you need change in size, please contact the wellness reception (extension 891).
Bathroom: All rooms are equipped with shower.

Bedding: Should you need extra pillow, blanket, please contact the reception (extension 9) or claim from the housekeeper during the day, from 8.00 am to 16.00 pm. The bed linen is changed every 3 days, but if you need you can request more frequent change for extra price.
Beauty: Cosmetic treatments are at hand in the Beauty Corner on the ground floor. Informative description of the cosmetic treatments are available in the room folder. For further information and appointment, please call the wellness reception on extension 891.
Bicycle: Bicycles for rent are available, please contact the reception about the price of daily use (extension 9).
Blinds: The rooms are equipped with electrically motorized blinds, for which you need to insert the room card into the magnetic wall slot beside the front door to make it operate. It can be controlled upwards and downwards by the switch on the wall.
Breakfast: Extensive buffet breakfast waits our Guests every day from 7.00 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant on the ground floor in our BORÁG restaurant.
Business services: In case you wish to print, photocopy, fax or you need envelope or paper, our colleagues are at your disposal at the reception.
Check-in: The rooms can be occupied officially from 2.00 pm. If you arrive before this time, you have the opportunity to use the wellness section. For more information please contact the reception (extension 9).
Check-out time: The official check-out time is 10.00 am, on the day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged with prior request and subject to availability. Additional charges will apply. If you wish to extend the duration of your stay, please contact the reception (extension 9). After leaving the room, our Guests can still use the wellness area free of charge.
Cleaning: The daily cleaning schedule of the rooms is between 8.00 am to 16.00 pm. Should you need extra cleaning or textile changing, please contact the reception (extension 9).
Conference room: Out hotel offers meeting room for smaller trainings or business talks. Meeting room: 25 m2
Credit cards: We accept the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Pay.
Currency exchange: Currency exchange in the hotel is not possible. The bill can be payed in EUR or in HUF, the hotel provides change in the given currency or in HUF as far as possible. The invoice is adjusted on the basis of the currency.
Daily newspaper: Free magazins are available in limited amount at the lobby bar.
Day Spa: The wellness section welcomes outside Guests as well. 3-hours or 1-day ticket allows you to use our wellness area. For more information please contact the wellness reception (extension 891).
Dinner: Dinner waits our Guests every day between 18.00 pm and 21.00 pm in the restaurant located on the ground floor in our BORÁG restaurant.
Doctor: Should you need doctor, please contact the reception on extension 9.
Door: The doors are sound-proof and equipped with internal lock.
Drink service: Minibar is available in the room for extra charge, but in case of ordering other drinks, please call the Bar on extension 854. Room service is charged separately.
Electricity: To enable electricity in the room, the room card must be inserted into the magnetic wall slot. This enables you to switch on lights in the room.
Electric car charging: Electric car charging is available in our indoor garage. Please, contact the reception (on extension 9).
Emergency exit: Please refer to the Emergency Map posted on the back of your Room main door.
Escape route: It can be found on the inner side of the room door.
Fax: Fax service is available at the reception for extra charge, 24 hours a day.
Fire alarm: Fire alarm systems and extinguishers are placed in each floor of the hotel. Fire detection equipment can be found in every room. In case of fire, siren warns. In this case, please leave the room as soon as possible, and look for the nearest exit by following the escape route of the emergency map posted on the back of your room’s main door. In case of fire alarm the lifts do not work, therefore use the staircase.
Garage: The hotel has underground garage monitored by surveillance cameras. Parking in the garage has a charge. The parking places in front of the hotel are reserved for new arrival guests. You can open the crossing gate with the help of the room card, but when you are leaving, the garage door and the crossing gate opens automatically.
Hair dryer: All the rooms are equipped with hair dryer, which you can find in the wardrobe. The dressing rooms in the wellness section are also equipped with hair dryers.
Handicapped room: In the handicapped room, easily accessible furnitures and wardrobes hairdryer, satellite television, Wifi connection, telephone, safe and minibar makes the stay more comfortable. The shower cabin and the toilet are equipped with handrails.

Ironing: Ironing service is available between 8.00 am – 20.00 pm. The prices can be found on the actual price list. Should you need ironing service, please contact the reception (extension 9). After ironing, the clothes will be delivered to you.
Jacuzzi rooms: The hotel has 2 suites with Jacuzzi. Instructions for use and regulations can be find in the House Rule and General Terms and Conditions.
Late Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of travel. Depending on occupancy, late check-out is possible at an extra charge until 14:00 and 18:00. Please ask at reception (extension 9) for surcharges. If you leave the room after the check-out time, you can use the wellness area free of charge.
Laundry service:
Normal service: Items received before 12:00 midday, will be delivered the next day till 12.00 midday.
Express service: In case you need cleaning the same day, items should be received before 10.00 am and will be delivered till 18.00 pm. This service is available from Monday to Friday only and a surcharge of 50% will be added to the total bill. A laundry bag and a laundry price list are available in the wardrobe.
If you request dry cleaning, please note that we can provide the service within a minimum of 6 – a maximum of 72 hours, only during the laundry’s opening hours (Tuesday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00).

Lift: 2 guest lifts are available which can be found to the left from the main entrance. The room floors can be reached only with the help of the room card, but to reach the underground garage, the room card is not required.
Luggage carrier: Our colleagues can help you with your suitcases. For more information, please contact reception (extension 9).
Lost and found: Please contact the reception (extension 9). In case you found a lost item, please hand it over at the reception.
Luggage room: Our luggage room is at your disposal free of charge. If you arrive before 2.00 pm, or if you wish to stroll around town for a few hours after having checked-out, our colleague at the reception will open the room at your request.
Maintenance service: If you have any technical problem in the room, that requires maintenance, please contact reception (extension 9).
Massage: A variety of massages are available in the wellness section on the ground floor. You can find the wellness menu in the room folder. For further information and appointment, please call the wellness reception on extension 891. Reservation and cancellation are governed by the rules of the Spa etiquette, which you can find in the room folder.
Map: Free town map of Eger is available on the reception. Our colleagues gladly offer You programmes or routes as well.
Medicines: We hope that you won’t need medicines during your stay. May you need, medicines are available at the reception, besides we provide first aid at the wellness section.
Minibar: The offer and prices can be found above the minibar. The mini fridge is built-up in the bottom of the glass cabinet. Its content is checked and filled up daily, the consumption will be charged to the room bill.
Mirror: Mirrors can be found in the living room and in the bathroom.
Notepad and pen: You can find notepad and pen signed with the hotel’s logo on the table.
Other services: Personal toiletries, hotel slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, shower cap, shoe scoop, comb, soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, sewing kit and electronic devices: charger and converter available at reception.
Parking: The hotel has underground garage monitored by surveillance cameras in 24 hours. Parking in the garage has an extra charge which will add to your room bill.
Pets: We regret, pets are not allowed in the hotel. If a guest break the rule and bring a pet in the hotel we can deny the accommodation. In this case the guest is obliged to leave the hotel with the luggages at his own expense within the time limit specified in the hotel’s announcement and has to pay a compensation which costs 50.000 HUF.

Restaurant: The restaurant is located on the ground floor, which you can contact directly on extension 885.

Remote controller: Volume and channel can be changed with a single button, not with the traditional push button solution. You can change the channel and control the volume by dragging the button up and down.
Razor: Disposable razor is available free of charge at the hotel reception.
Reception: The reception is available in 24 hours a day, may you have any questions or requirements, please contact the reception on extension 9.
Rooms: Our hotel offers 51 non-smoking rooms. We have 22 Premium rooms, 6 Premium Plus rooms, 4 Junior (from which 1 is handicapped room) 10 De Luxe suites, 7 De luxe corner suites and 2 Romantic Spa suites with jakuzzi. Each has a balcony serving up a spectacular view of Eged mountain on the eastern wing and the Thermal Bath, with the more than a hundred years-old sycamore tree on the western wing.
Room card: The room can be opened with the help of the room card. The card must be inserted to the magnetic switch beside the door to enable electiricity in the room. Furthermore, the card is required to make the lift operate, to open the wellness door and the gate to the Thermal Bath. If the card gets damaged or lost, please contact the reception urgently. In this case a surcharge after each card will be added to the bill. Please, take the card with you all the time during your stay and hand it over at the reception at check-out. Thank you.
Room furniture: Chair, bed, WIFI internet connection, socket, ultra 4K HD smart TV, minibar, safe, wardrobe, mirror, reading lamp, telephone.
Room prices: The actual room prices are available on our website www.imolaplatan.hu, or you can get information at the reception.
Room safe: Every rooms are equipped with safe, which is located built-up in the wardrobe. To lock the safe you need to enter a 3 to 6-digit individual code and then press ”C”. To open the safe you just have to enter your code. In case you need help, please contact the reception (extension 9). You can find the operating instructions on the door of the safe.
Room service: The restaurant is located on the ground floor, which is open from 7.00 am to 21.00 pm. If you wish to consume your meal in the room, room service is available from 7.00 am to 23.00 pm. In case of ordering room service, a surcharge will be added to the bill. You can place order by calling extension 885. Room service is available during breakfast(7.00 am-10.00 am), lunch time (12:00 am-17:00 pm) and dinner time too (18.00 pm -21.00 pm).

Safety deposit box: For your convenience an electronic safe is available in the wardrobe of your room. The Hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left in the room. You can find the operating instructions on the safe door.
Sauna sheet: Sauna sheet card is provided on arrival at the main reception. This card can be redeemed at the wellness reception. During your stay, the sauna sheet is exchangeable for free of charge 2 times a day. On departure day, it is neccessary to re-exchange the sheet for the card, which must be handed over at the main reception.
Sauna world: The sauna world is open every day from 8.00 am to 20.00 pm. Different sauna types are available: alpine hay sauna, finnish sauna, bio sauna, aroma sauna, steam bath, Kneipp basin, ice fountain, salt chamber and solar beach, infrared therapy room.
Sewing service: Sewing service is available between 8.00 am and 20.00 pm. Should you need sewing service, please contact reception (extension 9.) After sewing, the clothes will be delievered to you.
Shoe shine: Shoe shine machine is available by the hotel main entrance. Our staff will be happy to help you clean your shoes at reception.
Shop products: In the lobby next to the reception you can find our hotel shop where you can find wines, special home-made jams, Pure Herbs products to buy.
Slippers: Slippers are available free of charge at your request on the wellness reception.
Smoking: The hotel is non-smoking, therefore you are only allowed to smoke in designated areas, which are located on the eastern roof terrace of the first floor, and in front of the main entrance.
SZÉP card: Our hotel accepts Széchenyi Rest Card (the so called SZÉP card): OTP, K&H and MBH
Taxi: Should you need taxi ordering, our colleagues at the reception will gladly help you.
Terrace: Every room have own balcony. The rooms are non-smoking, so we kindly as you to smoke only in the designated smoking areas.
Thermal Bath: The hotel offers unlimited access to the Thermal Bath for free, which is located in the neighbourhood. Passing on the wellness reception, you can get through the gate outside by using your room card. In connection with the opening hours of the Thermal Bath, please contact the reception (extension 9) or the wellness reception (extension 891).
Towel: Every room is equipped with 1 facial towel, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Should you need exchange of the towels, please contact the reception (extension 9). You can require wellness towel at the wellness reception in return of the towel card received on arrival. The wellness towel is exchangeable for free of charge once a day. On departure day, it is neccessary to re-exchange the towel for the card, which must be handed over at the main reception.
Transfer: Transfer is provided for extra charge.
Trash bin: Trash bins can be found in every room and bathroom.
TV: The rooms are equipped with ultra HD 4K smart TV with streaming access. Channel list is provided in the room folder. 3D glasses are available at the reception. The TV has NETFLIX connection. Please if you log in a streaming program, log out from that on the day when you check out.
Umbrella: In case of rainy weather, limited umbrellas are available at the reception.
Vitaminbar: The vitamin bar located in the wellness section is open from 10.00 am to 18.00 pm.
Wake-up call: Should you need wake-up call, you can arrange it personally or by telephone from the reception (extension 9).
Window: All rooms are equipped with sound-proof plastic windows.
Wellness services:
